Founded in 1988, Cat Guardians is a no-kill shelter dedicated to rescuing cats and finding them loving, permanent homes. Over the years, they’ve helped more than 2,000 cats get adopted. We’re proud to support Cat Guardians by promoting kittens and adult cats currently available for adoption.

Adoption Policy
All adoptions begin with a completed application. Renters must provide a copy of their lease stating pets are allowed. Homeowners must show proof of mortgage payments. Adoption fees are $150 for kittens and $120 for adult cats. All cats are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations (including distemper and rabies if old enough), dewormed, microchipped, and tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia. Approved adopters will be given an appointment to pick up their cat on a day when the shelter is closed to the public. A secure carrier is required for transport. Please allow approximately 45 minutes for the adoption process. All adoptions are by appointment only due to limited volunteer availability.
Adoption Requirements
To adopt from Cat Guardians, you must be at least 21 years old with valid identification, have lived at your current address for at least one year, and be employed for at least one year or retired with a stable income. Your ID must show your current address and phone number. If living with parents, one parent must sign the adoption contract. You must be able and willing to provide for the lifelong care of a cat, including food, shelter, and veterinary care. You must agree to a follow-up from a Cat Guardians representative, either in person or by phone, and read and accept the terms in the Cat Guardians Adoption Contract. If you are ever unable to keep the cat, you must return it to Cat Guardians. If your adopted cat becomes lost, you are required to notify Cat Guardians immediately. A non-refundable adoption fee is required.

This one-hour, all-levels class encourages connection and calm while sharing space with kittens or adult cats from Cat Guardians. Whether seated in a chair or stretching into standing poses, this class is welcoming and adaptable for all participants. Spots are limited, please secure yours by RSVPing here.

Saturday, July 12: Doors open at 8:30 AM, Yoga sessions at 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM
