The Lombard Park District holds the Lilac Mutt Strut, a 5K Run & 1-Mile Walk, every May. Lombard Veterinary Hospital is a proud sponsor of this event. Runners and walkers, with or without their dogs, from across Lombard and surrounding areas come to participate in this fun Saturday morning event. Before the race beings, participants can walk the sponsor and vendor booths to get free gifts for both themselves and their pets.
