Vision

We endeavor each day to be a premiere companion and exotic animal veterinary hospital by keeping an eye on the horizon for innovative and compassionate new approaches to sustain our continued growth.

Mission

In order to be the best, most convenient companion animal practice, each day we strive to care for, educate and serve all families as we have for decades. We want to be the practice for everyone, today and into the future.

History

Lombard Veterinary Hospital was established in June 1959 by Dr. Paul and Mary Jo Arndt to provide the animal population of greater DuPage County with a complete health care facility. In October 2012, Dr. Georgianne Ludwig purchased the practice and facility.  Over the years, the building itself has undergone several major renovations, resulting in the current, remodeled and expanded hospital and boarding kennel.

Staff

We have a team of 55 employees including ten veterinarians and seven licensed technicians.

Location

We have one hospital located at 244 E. St. Charles Rd. in Lombard, Illinois. Lombard is 22 miles west of Chicago.
