Kennel Staff getting meals ready Our Mission:

In order to be the best, most convenient companion animal practice, each day we strive to care for, educate and serve all families as we have for decades. We want the best practice for everyone, today and into the future. We follow six main core values every day to ensure we live up to this mission statement: Our core values are Teamwork, Reliability, Positivity, Appreciation, Excellence, and Professionalism. We follow these core values to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our clients and their pets!

About Us:

Lombard Veterinary Hospital was established in June 1959 by Dr. Paul and Mary Jo Arndt to provide the animal population of greater DuPage County with a complete health care facility. Some of our clients remember the early days when Dr. Arndt’s family lived in the apartment upstairs. Ownership passed to youngest daughter, Dr. Georgianne Arndt Ludwig, in October 2012. We are a full-service, American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited veterinary hospital, capable of handling most medical and surgical cases. Our experienced staff includes eight full-time veterinarians and a support staff of forty. AAHA accreditation means we hold ourselves to the highest standards of veterinary medical service, which we are extremely proud of.

Our Location:
