When to Call

If your pet is experiencing an emergency during our business hours, please contact us right away. We are open:

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Holidays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We strive to provide same-day appointments for emergencies. Please call before arriving so we can prepare for your pet’s care and give you any necessary instructions. If that’s not possible, we’ll still do our best to assist you immediately.

Extended Emergency Support

  • Early opening and late closing every day to accommodate urgent needs

  • Flexible drop-off appointments if you cannot stay for the visit

  • In some cases, we may arrange to pick up your pet from your home

Your pet’s health and comfort are our highest priority. Whatever help you need, just ask.

Common Emergencies We Handle:

  • Automobile accidents

  • Blood in urine or feces

  • Difficulty urinating or defecating

  • Heatstroke

  • Inability or unwillingness to eat

  • Pain management

  • Postoperative or post-anesthetic complications

  • Respiratory distress or choking

  • Seizures

  • Shock or loss of consciousness

  • Toxic reactions or poison ingestion

    • In some cases, we will recommend that you contact ASPCA Poison Control to get additional triage support

      • There is a charge for calling the ASPCA. They will provide you with a case number and a toxicology report that will be used here to assist with treatment

  • Traumatic injuries (fractures, bites, burns, lacerations)

  • Vomiting and diarrhea

Financial Assistance:

Clients are required to pay in full for all services received on the day they are provided, or upon discharge for inpatient procedures. To help make this more manageable, we encourage you to explore available options such as payment plans, pet insurance, and alternative solutions. We're here to help make your pet's care as accessible as possible.
