In monitoring the forecast from the National Weather Service – Chicago, we have decided to close early to ensure the safety of our clients, patients, and staff. We will be closing at 5:00 PM today, Saturday, November 29th, 2025. We will maintain a few staff members to ensure quality care for all boarding patients and hospitalized patients.
We will reopen tomorrow morning with our regular business hours starting at 7:00 AM. If you are experiencing a pet-related emergency, please visit our website for a list of local emergency veterinary hospitals.

With the Winter Storm Warning in effect through tomorrow morning, we completely understand if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments due to the weather. We’re here for you and your pet’s care needs all day!
