Pet Rehabilitation Near Me

We are excited to announce our plans to launch a Rehabilitation Department here at Lombard Veterinary Hospital. Lead by Doctor Grace Ludwig, DPT, PT. Grace is a third-generation Lombard Veterinary Hospital family member who is a Doctor of Physical Therapy bringing her knowledge of movement and rehabilitation to LVH. She has worked in many different facets of the hospital throughout her life and is excited to promote animal health and wellness in this growing field within veterinary medicine. We want to empower the human-animal connection through paws-itive movement!

What is Rehabilitation?

The treatment of injury or illness through therapeutic interventions to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent long-term disability in animals.

Fear Free Approach

We honor and prioritize the emotional well-being of each animal, creating a nurturing environment where they feel safe and comfortable always, recognizing that reducing fear, anxiety, and stress is essential to every animal's recovery journey.

Professionalism

We hold the utmost respect for our clients and their veterinarians, fostering collaborative partnerships built on trust and open communication. We are intent listeners who care deeply about your pet's unique background and physical condition.

Commitment to Education

We are dedicated, lifelong learners who seek to gain continual knowledge of the latest advancements in our field to ensure the highest quality of care for your pet. We strive to be innovators and thought leaders within this growing field of veterinary medicine.
